Breathwork sessions or classes are focused on conscious breathing. Where breathing is usually unconscious (meaning we don’t need to think to breath), Breathwork supports a person through so many of the challenges everyone experiences. It has been known to reduce stress, create feelings of openness, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, communication, and connection. Breathwork can help release mental, physical, and emotional blocks, as well as anxiety, depression, fear, grief, and anger.
Jude gets hired by corporate and private events and also runs pop up face to face Beginner, Advance and Sharmatic Breathwork sessions as well as one-on-one face to face or Breathwork zoom sessions.
